CITY OF WEST JORDAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the West Jordan City Council on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at 6:00 pm (or as soon thereafter as possible) at West Jordan City Hall, 8000 S. Redwood Rd, 3rd Floor, West Jordan, UT 84088.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments regarding the following:
- Ordinance No. 24-23 a petition from Nate Shipp/DAI requesting approval of a Master Development Agreement/Plan for Oneleven approximately 53.2 acres located at 7141 South Highway U-111 subject to the approval of Ordinance No. 24-24 amending the General Plan Land Use Map for Oneleven from Research Park to Medium Density Residential and a rezone from Business Research Park Zone (BR-P) to Integrated Housing Development Zone (IH-D).
- Ordinance 24-30 a petition from Tanner Hansen/Victory Builders requesting a rezone of approximately 2.54 acres located at 1390 West 9000 South from Neighborhood Shopping Center (SC-1) and Community Shopping Center (SC-2) to General Commercial (C-G).
- Ordinance No. 24-31 a petition by Jeff Vitek/Bangerter Station LLC requesting approval of a Third Amendment to a Master Development Agreement for Jordan Valley Station TOD located at 3400 West 8600 South for the purpose of extending the expiration date.
- Resolution No. 24-030 regarding the donation of an America 250 Patriots Plaque from the Utah State Society Daughters of the America Revolution to be placed in West Jordan Veteran's Memorial Park.

Notice of Electronic or Telephone Participation
