Description/Agenda: https://millardcounty.org/wp-content/uploads/2024/07/Notice-of-Recount-for-the-Republican-CD2-Race.pdf NOTICE is hereby given that in the event of a requested recount of the Republican U.S. House District 2 race on the 2024 Primary Election ballot, the Millard County Clerk's Office will conduct the following recount activities: Testing of the automatic ballot counting equipment for logic and accuracy (L&A); reverify all challenged and non-counted ballots; retabulate ballots; conduct a post-election audit and then Canvass the Republican U.S. House District 2 race. This recount process will begin as soon as reasonably possible, after receiving the recount request notification and will continue until completion. This process is open to the public and will be held at the Millard County Clerk's Office 765 S Hwy 99, Ste. 6 Fillmore, Utah. Dated this 17th day of July 2024 /s/ Marki Rowley Millard County Clerk
