Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF ORDINANCE Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Saratoga Springs, Utah, at their meeting of July 16, 2024, passed and adopted the following Ordinances: - Ordinance 24-32 (7-16-24) Adopting amendments to the Saratoga Springs Code, Title 10. - Ordinance 24-33 (7-16-24) Adopting amendments to the Saratoga Springs Land Development Code. Title 19.11. Copies of these Ordinances are on file in the office of the City of Saratoga Springs City Recorder and are available for review during City business hours.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder at 766-9793 at least two days prior to the meeting.
