- WEST VALLEY CITY PUBLIC NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION Notice is hereby given that on July 16, 2024, The West Valley City Council adopted Ordinance 24-28: 'AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 7-5-101 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE TO ALLOW ZONE CHANGE APPLICATIONS TO THE R-1-7, R-1-8, R-1-10, AND R-1-12 ZONES FOR PROPERTIES THAT MEET CERTAIN CONDITIONS.' The complete Ordinance is on file and available for inspection in the City Recorder's office and is also available on the City's webpage, www.wvc-ut.gov.
