Call to order: Mayor Alfred C. Bigelow Regular Council Meeting Agenda Items: 1. Kennadee Bailey, Miss Manti - Request to present her platform to the Council. ` 2. Sean Olsen - request to address Mayor & Council concerning negative impact of short-term rental next door to his house operating as a gathering center for large groups. 3. Motion to ratify appointment of Larry Lund to airport advisory board. 4. Report - Review of June 2024 financial statements, Kent Barton. 5. Continuing Business. a. Discussion concerning nuisance ordinance and enforcement. b. Discussion concerning Inland Port project. 6. Councilmembers reports: Jen Christiansen Jeff Killian AJ Mower Mary Pipes Mary Wintch 7. Public Comment - two minutes per each comment. 8. Mayor Bigelow. 9. Consideration of approval for minutes of prior meeting. (June 19th Hearing & Regular Meeting) (July 15th Work Meeting) 10. City Manager Kent Barton. 11. Closed Session (if needed).
