- PUBLIC NOTICE South Jordan City (the 'City') intends to contract to amend its impact fee facilities plan (IFFP) and impact fee analysis (IFA) related to Transportation Services. The Service Area for this analysis is the Last Holdout Service Area delineated in the attached map. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 503. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced documents. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING STATE OF UTAH ) : ยง COUNTY OF SALT LAKE ) I, Anna Crookston, the duly appointed and qualified City Recorder of South Jordan City, Utah, certify that the foregoing City Council Agenda was emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the geographic jurisdiction of the public body.
