NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RED BRIDGE PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS WILL HOLD A MEETING ON JULY 17, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770

1. Approve the Minutes from April 15, 2024, Board Meeting.
2. Review and Accept Outstanding Reimbursement Expenditures (if any).
D. Action Items
1. Review the Second Quarter Financial Statements for PID 1 & 2, prepared by CLA.
E. Discussion Items
1. Discuss the budget review and expenditures.
2. Discuss Property tax collections and disbursements.
3. Discuss any other related items.
