2. Public hearing and possible action regarding a Conditional Use Permit for the property located at 7550 Lower Bowl Road, Browns Canyon, Summit County, Utah. The applicant is requesting the following uses;
- Rock quarries, gravel pits, and associated surface mining uses,
including, but not limited to, filtering, sifting, and processing of soil
- Recycling facility, Class II
- Nursery/greenhouse
- Contractor's yard
