NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL will hold a regular council meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024 at 6:00 p.m.at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. The agenda is as follows:
1. Welcome
2. Roll call
3. Opening ceremony
4. Approval of the agenda
5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings
6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements
7. Citizen input
8. Beginning at 6:10 pm conduct public hearings in the following order;
a. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution for the Wellsville City Sanitary Sewer Management Plan.
b. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution for the Wellsville City Municipal Wastewater Planning Program.
9. Continue the discussion of the issuance of the revenue bonds for funding of the new well, a well house and the potential economic impact that the project for which the bonds pay all or part of the cost will have on the private sector, pursuant to Section 11-14-318 of the Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended.
10. Scott Wells - Discuss Noise Control Ordinance regarding roosters and chickens in Wellsville City.
11. Scott Wells - Discuss building permits with existing homes that have existing water connections in the areas that are in the areas in the current Water Scarcity Proclamation.
