Description/Agenda: City of South Salt Lake Public Notice Sewer Impact Fee Analysis The City of South Salt Lake (the 'City'), located in Salt Lake County, intends to prepare an impact fee facility plan and impact fee analysis related to its sewer system. Notice is hereby given pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-503. The impact fee service area is the current sewer system boundary. You are hereby invited to provide information for the City to consider in the process of preparing, adopting, and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis. Information can be submitted to the City Recorder's office at 220 East Morris Ave., South Salt Lake, UT 84115. ATTEST: Ariel Andrus, City Recorder
