Description/Agenda: NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE WELLSVILLE CITY The WELLSVILLE CITY is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The WELLSVILLE CITY tax on a $583,000 residence would increase from $243.05 to $259.73, which is $16.68 per year. - The WELLSVILLE CITY tax on a $583,000 business would increase from $441.91 to $472.23, which is $30.32 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, WELLSVILLE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 7.03% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
