a. Discuss and possibly approve to appropriate $21,000 of RAP tax money in the 2025 fiscal year General Fund budget for an initial design study for a new fitness park or pump track in Fillmore.
b. Council discussion and possible action regarding purchase of west forty acres of Parcel No. 7415-4, near the Fillmore City sewer lagoon facility.
