APPROVAL OF MEETING MINUTES:
CHAIRMAN ISSUES: Progress of plans for the art show at the Fling. Cleaning back room at CC.
Yard Cleanup at CC. 8 New Tables, Laminate on Stage, New Upright Piano. Childrens Theatre Classes in Fall.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. Each director report, Childrens Choir by KeriLynn, Art Classes and art show by Shauna, Theatre report by Ellen or Jordana and plans for fall play, Annie ideas for fundraising. Linda Update on Craft Fair, Graphics and website update, any City requests Doug Courtney, Input Elaine and Carol, Quilting, Kelly and Glade Finance. .
