NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: A request for a PD (Planned Development) amendment to the Tonaquint Center Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is proposing an athletic club, dance school, health and fitness center and after-hours events. This property is located approximately at 1664 W Dixie Drive. The applicant is GH Architecture, and the representative is Brandon Hall. The project will be known as Ivory Terrace Dixie Commons Lot 1. Case No. 2024-PDA-013.
