PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Tooele City Council of Tooele City, Utah, will hold a public hearing to consider an annexation petition to annex an area of property in to Tooele City. The area proposed for annexation is located on the east side of Droubay Road at approximately 750 North, and contains 61.16 acres adjacent to the Carr Fork subdivision in Tooele City. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Tooele City Hall Council Chambers, located at 90 North Main Street, Tooele, Utah. The complete annexation petition is available for inspection and copying at the office of the Tooele City Recorder, at 90 North Main St., Tooele, Utah. The purposes of the public hearing are to hear public comment about the proposed annexation petition and to consider approval of annexing the area in to Tooele City. All interested persons are invited to attend the hearing and make comments.
