Description/Agenda: Open House on Single-family Housing Size within Brighton On June 11th, 2024, Brighton's Town Council adopted Section 19.24.050 (A) A. Gross Square Feet of the Combined Primary and Accessory Structures. The maximum gross square feet of the combined primary and accessory structures on a property shall be five thousand square feet (5,000 sq. ft.). Based on Public Input the Council is open to considering amendments to this standard taking into consideration unique character areas. Before moving forward, the Council would like to seek public contribution on this topic. Please come to our Open House to provide your input on Wednesday, July 31st, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints located at 8171 S Brighton Loop Rd, Brighton Utah. This will not be a recorded meeting with minutes, or Brighton Town Council discussion or action
