Morgan City adopted the following Ordinances during the regular City Council Meeting
on July 9, 2024.
- Ordinance 24-08 amending Title 1, Chapter 1.15 - Consolidated Fee Schedule of the Morgan City Code regarding the enactment of business license fees for transient lodging facilities; amending electric service charge fees; and amending water rates.
- Ordinance 24-09 enacting Title 3, Chapter 3.08 - Transient Lodging Facilities of the Morgan City Code.
