Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing has been scheduled for the following items to be heard by the Clinton City Planning Commission on July 18, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Clinton City Hall at 2267 North 1500 West, Clinton, Utah. 1) Public Hearing: Review and action on a request by STNL Development LLC Site Plan approval for Tractor Supply retail store on approximately 3.58 acres located at 1826 West 935 North in the PZ (Performance Zone) zoning district (part of Parcel No. 14-053-0139). 2) Public Hearing: Review and action on a request by STNL Development LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for permanent outdoor display areas for the proposed Tractor Supply retail store on 3.58 acres located at 1826 West 935 North (part of Parcel No. 14-053-0139). THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS.
