Description/Agenda: Notice of Proposed Tax Increase for Deweyville Town The DEWEYVILLE TOWN is proposing to increase its property tax revenue. - The DEWEYVILLE TOWN tax on a $469,000 residence would increase from $113.76 to $170.76, which is $57.00 per year. - The DEWEYVILLE TOWN tax on a $469,000 business would increase from $206.83 to $310.48, which is $103.65 per year. - If the proposed budget is approved, DEWEYVILLE TOWN would increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 50.35% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth. All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
