Description/Agenda
In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on July 8, 2024: Ordinance 24-34, Amending the Millcreek Together General Plan by Changing the Future Land Use Map in the Area of 3743 South 900 East from Retail/Office to Neighborhood 3. This ordinance amended the city's General Plan future land use designation from retail/office to neighborhood 3 at approximately 3743 S 900 E. Ordinance 24-35, Rezoning Certain Property Located at Approximately 3739 South 900 East from the Commercial (C-3) Zone to the Residential Multifamily (R-M) Zone. This ordinance rezoned property from commercial to residential multifamily at approximately 3739 S 900 E, subject to a development agreement (Ordinance 24-36). Ordinance 24-36, Approving a Development Agreement for BV Lotus Calla Ph 2, a 3.05 Acre Commercial and Residential Mixed Use Development Pertaining to Property Generally Located at 3743 South 900 East. This ordinance approved a development agreement to accompany the rezone in Ordinance 24-35.
