Town Of Portage Council Meeting July 10, 2024 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its Town Council meeting on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: Prayer & Pledge: Public comments, limited 3 min per person 1- Action Item-Review and approve minutes of June 12, 2024 Council meeting. 2.-Action Item-Review & approval of June 12- July 10, 2024 Bills/Payroll 3- Action Item-Review financial report, bank reconciliations and Water adjustments or write offs. 4-Information Only- Mayors report on town issues and Enbridge Gas Utah, Subdivision ordinance update from Hansen Planning group, Firework at the Town Park, Loose animals, Galvanized and lead pipe survey, Railroad crossing inspections, Culverts on roads adjoining new building lots. Water- Tyson Nelson 7-Action Item and vote -New tines for the tractor NTE $1600.00 Roads- Samantha Britt 8- Action Item and vote -Road signs Planning and Zoning-Terra Bell 9-Information -Planning Commission meeting update Parks- Mariah Huggins 10-Discuss-Park update Fire Department, Sheriff's Office, Adjournment
