- The Francis City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on July 18th, 2024, to receive public comments regarding code text amendments in Francis City Code Chapters 18.15.100 Height Provisions and 18.57 City Center Zone. The meeting will begin at 6:00 pm at the Francis City Community Center, 2319 South Spring Hollow Road. Persons wishing to comment may do so in person or by email to comments@francisutah.gov prior to 3:00 pm on the day of the public hearing.
