- NOTICE OF VACANCY ON THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF NS PUBLIC INFRASTRCUTURE DISTRICT NO. 2 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Utah Code Section 17B-1-304(2), that four (4) vacancies currently exist on the Board of Trustees of NS Public Infrastructure District No. 2 (the 'District'), City of Salem, Utah County, Utah. The vacancies shall be filled by appointment by the City Council of the City of Salem (the 'Council'). Pursuant to Utah Code Section 17D-4-202(3) because there are no residents within the boundaries of the District, the qualifications required to be appointed are individuals who are the owner of land or an agent or officer of the owner of land within the boundaries of the District and who are registered to vote at the individual's primary residence. This notice of vacancy shall be published as a class A notice under Utah Code Section 63G-30-102 for at least one month. At a Council meeting held on August 7, 2024 the Council will adopt a resolution appointing qualified individuals to the Board of Trustees of the District.
