- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE Mimbach Conditional Use Permit Address: 7550 Lower Bowl Road, Browns Canyon, Summit County, Utah Parcel: SS-70-11 (44.59 acres) Project Number: 23-194 Public notice is hereby given that the Eastern Summit County Planning Commission in accordance with Section 11-4-7 of the Eastern Summit County Development Code will conduct a public hearing to discuss and possibly take action on the Mimbach Conditional Use Permit.
