Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Richfield City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers located at 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah, for the purpose of accepting comments concerning the proposed annexation of real property owned by Shelby GT and located within the areas of the annexable territory for future expansion defined by Richfield City. The property is located at approximately 900 West 1300 South. The complete legal description and the plat relating to the proposed annexation are available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 75 East Center, Richfield, Utah.
