- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Syracuse Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 6 pm in the Council Chambers of City Hall - 1979 West 1900 South, to discuss the following matters: Site Plan: Application submitted by Chad Spencer for an expansion of the Pacific Steel Site Plan, located at 404 S 1080 W affecting 11.58 acres in the Industrial (ID) zone. Zoning Amendment: Request by Spencer Whipple/Whipple Point LLC for a rezone at approximately 2751 S 1000 W, from A-1 (Agriculture) to PO (Professional Office). The affected property comprises approximately 0.75 acre. Zoning Amendment: Request by Roberto Quiroz for a rezone at approximately 1568 S 2500 W, from R-1 to R-3. The affected property comprises approximately 1.5 acres.
