Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Council Stakeholders Council will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, beginning at approximately 3:30 P.M. You may attend the meeting at the anchor location: Millcreek City Hall located at 1330 E. Chambers Avenue, Millcreek, UT 84106, or virtually by registering at the below link. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the meeting of the Stakeholders Council scheduled for Wednesday, July 17, 2024; beginning at 3:30 P.M. The agenda for that meeting of the Stakeholders Council is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

1. Chair John Knoblock will open the public meeting as Chair of the Stakeholders Council of the Central Wasatch Commission.
2. Chair Knoblock will call for a motion to approve the minutes from the May 16, 2024 Stakeholders Council retreat.
3:35 P.M. Mixed Breakout Groups
1. Discussion prompt:
a. What problems did the Mountain Accord identify that still need to be addressed?
b. What solutions do you envision for the problems that the Mountain Accord identified?
4:10 P.M. Mixed Breakout Group Reports
1. Each breakout group will summarize their discussions for the Stakeholders Council.

5:05 P.M. Committee Membership and Leadership
1. Stakeholders may request to join Systems Committees:
a. Millcreek Canyon Committee
b. Environment System Committee
c. Transportation System Committee
d. Recreation System Committee
e. Economy System Committee
2. Announcement of any committee leadership changes.
a. Morgan Mingle and John Adams are the new Economy System Committee Chair and Co-Chair.
b. Kurt Hegmann is the new Transportation System Committee Co-Chair.
5:10 P.M. Central Wasatch Symposium
1. The Stakeholders Council will discuss the poll sent out to stakeholders regarding programming ideas for the Central Wasatch Symposium.
5:20 P.M. Staff Announcements
1. Stakeholders Council membership updates.
2. Forest Service staffing update.
3. New Park City commissioner.
4. Youth Council announcements:
a. Tabling opportunities.
b. Other.
5. Next board meeting is August 5, 2024.
6. Thank you to Millcreek for continuing to host our meetings.

1. Chair Knoblock will call for a motion to adjourn the Stakeholders Council meeting.

Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed.
