NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOUTH OGDEN CITY COUNCIL South Ogden City is considering vacation of the alley located between Porter and Jefferson and accessed from 37th Street. A public hearing concerning the vacation of the alley will be held on Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 6 pm, or as soon as the agenda permits. The public hearing will be held at South Ogden City Hall, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden Utah, 84403. Anyone interested may attend and offer comment. Written comments can also be submitted via email to lkapetanov@southogdencity.gov until 5 pm, July 16, 2024. The public hearing will also be streamed live at facebook.com/southogdencity and youtube.com/@southogdencity and public comment will be accepted through the comment feature at the appropriate time. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during the meeting should notify the City Recorder at 801-622-2709 at least 48 hours in advance. A copy of this notice may be viewed or obtained by visiting the Office of the City Recorder, 3950 Adams Ave., South Ogden City, UT, 84403 or by calling 801-622-2709 to request a copy.
