NOTICE AND AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gunnison City Council will hold its regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at the Gunnison City Hall, 38 West Center, beginning at 7:00 p.m. 1) 7:00-7:10 p.m. Address Public Comments 2) Discuss and Possible Approval of Snow Removal Equipment and Sidewalk Snow Removal Bids 3) Proposed Approval of New Library Board Member – Council Member Brian Jensen 4) Discuss Pool Committee Opening – Council Member Brian Jensen 5) Canvass 2011 General Election 6) Proposed Approval of Placing Ad in Gunnison Valley Telephone Directory 7) Six County Regional Recognition Award, December 7, 2011 – Mayor Lori Nay 8) Review Upcoming Civic Activities and Preparations for Holiday Season 9) Proposed Approval City Council Meeting Minutes for Tuesday, November 1, 2011, Open and Closed Sessions 10) Future Items to be Listed on Agenda 11) Proposed Approval Bills and Adjustment 12) Closed Session 13) Adjourn NOTE: The agenda items may be discussed in any order. *In compliance with ADA, persons needing auxiliary communicative aids & accommodations for City-sponsored public meetings, services, programs, etc. should call City Offices at (435)528-7969 giving at least 24 hours notice.
