- Public Notice of A Board of Directors’ Meeting of The Utah Municipal Power Agency REVISED Pursuant to the terms and provisions of Section 52-4-6 of the Open and Public Meeting Law of the State of Utah, contained in Title 52, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, Utah Municipal Power Agency (“UMPA”), a political subdivision of the State of Utah, hereby gives notice of the 378th Meeting of the Board of Directors combined with the 447th Technical Committee Meeting which shall be open to the public, to be held on Friday, November 18th, 2011, at 5:45 p.m. at the Salem Community Center at 151 W. 300 S.
