- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a regular City Council meeting on the 16th day of November 2011 at the Garland City Civic Center. Such meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to order – Mayor Bennett 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Vote to approve agenda 5. Approval of Minutes: a. October 26, 2011 6. Requests for Future Agenda Items (Open Comments) 7.
