Description/Agenda: TOWN OF HENRIEVILLE, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE FACILITIES PLAN AND TO PREPARE AN IMPACT FEE ANALYSIS FOR CULINARY WATER The Town of Henrieville (the 'Town'), a municipal corporation of the State of Utah, located in Garfield County, intends to contract to prepare impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis for culinary water. Pursuant to the requirements of Utah Code Ann. 11-36a-501 and 11-36a-503, notice is hereby given of the Town's intent to contract to prepare or amend such impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis. The geographical area where the proposed impact fee facilities will be located is the entire Town limits. You are hereby invited to provide information for the Town to consider in the process of preparing, adopting and implementing or amending the referenced impact fee facilities plans and impact fee analysis.
