F. BUSINESS:
1. Discussion and possible ratification on a phone vote taken on July 1, 2024, approving an expenditure up to $100,000 pursuant to an agreement as an amendment to wages.
2. Discussion and possible action on approving an expenditure in the amount of $287,000 for land acquisition on the Toquerville Parkway project.
3. Discussion and possible appointment of a Planning Commission Alternate through the calendar year 2025.
4. Discussion and possible action on Resolution 2024.XX - Modifying Toquerville City Resolution 2021.05 Establish fees for water obtained from WCWCD to define subdivision requirements.
5. Discussion on the City Council Policy and Procedure Manual.
