- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing during the regularly scheduled City Council Meeting on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter, at the Payson City Center, Council Chambers, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, and virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.org for the link to participate/view the meeting. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public input regarding the enactment/modification of the proposed Wastewater Collection System Impact Fee Facility Plan and Analysis. The Impact Fee Facility Plan, an executive summary of the Impact Fee Facility Plan, and Impact Fee Analysis are available at the Payson City Center located at 439 West Utah Avenue, the Payson City Public Library located at 66 South Main Street, on the Payson City website at www.paysonutah.org, and upon request by calling 801-465-5205. /s/ Kim E.
