PC 24-025 LDC Amendment - Climate Controlled Self Storage [Code Amendment] David Adams and Daren Jackson request an amendment to the Land Development Code to allow climate-controlled self-storage units as a conditional use in the Commercial Services (CS) zone. WORKSHOP Hillcrest Neighborhood Plan Update 2024 [Plan Amendment] Aaron Smith/Logan City is requesting an update to the Hillcrest Neighborhood Plan. The update reviews the progress toward implementing the goals of the Hillcrest Plan, provides information on resident opinions regarding current conditions and future projects, and provides supplemental recommendations for project priorities in the neighborhood.
