Public Notice The Oakley City Appeal Authority will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 7:00 pm. The public hearing will be held in-person at City Hall and via the Zoom platform. ZOOM Meeting I.D. 820 258 4629 Passcode: 777869 The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comment regarding a setback variance application at 4560 N State Road 32. Applicant is Glen Leavitt. Applicant desires 6' minimum setback from rear property line for accessory building. Current code for rear setback is 12'. PLEASE NOTE: Public comment will be received during the Public Hearing section of this meeting. Please keep your comments to 3 minutes. Public comments can also be sent to stephanie@oakleycity.com prior to 12:00 p.m. the day of the meeting. These comments will be reviewed by Commissioners prior to meeting of Planning Commission. In compliance with the Americans Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this hearing should notify the City recorder, Amy Rydalch at (435) 783-5734 at least 3 days prior to the hearing.
