ORANGEVILLE CITY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING Tuesday, July 2, 2024 7:00 PM ALL ORANGEVILLE CITIZENS INVITED TO ATTEND PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN. The Planning and Zoning Commission of Orangeville City, Utah will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on July 2, 2024 at 7:30 pm to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. AGENDA Items to discuss, approve or deny: 1. Open Meeting 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of minutes of last meeting 4. Citizen's concerns (five minute time limit) 5. Shannon Magnuson -Business License 6. Air BnB TRT tax (Transient Room Tax) - AnnDee Meade 7. Raising business license fee for Air BnB 8. Tent camping with AirBnB yards 9. Business signage-discussion 10. # of dogs per household-discussion 11. Casitas/Small homes - discussion 12. Orangeville Glamping plans and discussion. 13. Zoning Administrator report. 14. City Council report. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, Individuals needing special accommodation (including Auxiliary aids and service) during the meeting should notify Orangeville City Hall at (435) 748-2651 at least 12 hours before the meeting.
