- PUBLIC HEARINGS Hyde Park City Planning Commission Wednesday, August 7, 2024 113 E Center St 7 PM Zoom Meeting ID: 796 947 6317 (Passcode: H88vx6) The Hyde Park City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings to consider the following: 1. An updated Zoning Map and 2. A Future Land Use Map. Once approved by the City Council, the new maps become part of the Hyde Park City General Plan. Major changes to the Zoning Map include, but are not limited to: New zoning designations for public and open spaces, An updated zone for the core part of town (Residential Core Zone), Changing large sections of the old R-1 zone to an updated R-2 (formerly 'RE-20'), Changing high density areas near Wolf Pack Way, The new zoning map can be found at hydeparkutah.org. (Paper copies are available at the city office.) Any comments may be expressed at the Public Hearings, or via email to cityoffice@hydeparkcity.org. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
