Staff analyses, as well as any final application materials, will be available by 12:00 pm on Monday, June 8, 2024. The Public Hearing will be held in the Council Chambers at West Valley City Hall on Wednesday, July 10, 2024 at 4:00p.m. A Planning Commission Pre-Meeting will be held the day of the Public Hearing at 3:30 p.m. SUBDIVISION APPLICATION SD-1-2024 The West Valley City Parks Department is requesting consideration to dedicate a portion of 6750 West and a portion of Parkway Boulevard. The property to be dedicated is located along the frontage of the City's future Wetland Park. The property is located at 6750 West Parkway Boulevard and is zoned A-1.
