Public Hearing (5:35 p.m.) - Vernon Investments Rezone - A request to rezone 5.06 total acres, located at 390 North 900 East, Wellsville, from the Agricultural (A10) Zone to the Industrial (I) Zone. 2. Cronquist Temporary Extraction CUP - A request to create a temporary extraction and excavation facility (Type 6400) on 4.6 acres of two parcels totaling 179.45 acres located at 1927 Canyon Road, near Smithfield, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Continued for up to 90 days from the 4 April 2024 Planning Commission meeting. 3. Quarter-In Ventures Property - Equestrian Services Conditional Use Permit - A request to create a horse boarding and recreation facility (Use Types 4100 & 6200) on 13.48 acres located at 1105 West 4400 South, near Hyrum, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. Continued for up to 90 days from the 2 May 2024 Planning Commission meeting. 4. King Irrigation - Full Pressurization Project Conditional Use Permit - A request to replace existing open irrigation canals with an underground pressurized irrigation pipeline (Use Type 5610 - Utility Facility, Distribution) across multiple parcels south-west of Smithfield, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone. 5. Walnut Grove Events Conditional Use Permit - A request to create an agritourism facility (Use Type 6140) on 7.73 acres located at 947 East. 8575 North, near Richmond, in the Agricultural (A10) Zone.
