- Notice is hereby given that the WELLSVILLE CITY COUNCIL shall conduct a public hearing as part of its scheduled meeting on Wednesday July 17, 2024 at the City Offices at 75 East Main in Wellsville. Said public hearings shall begin at 6:10 p.m. a. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution for the Wellsville City Sanitary Sewer Management Plan. b. The Council shall receive public input, then consider for approval a resolution for the Wellsville City Municipal Wastewater Planning Program.
