KAYSVILLE CITY PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Kaysville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Kaysville City Municipal Building Council Chambers located at 23 East Center Street, Kaysville, to consider: An application from Bryan Carling, who is requesting a zone change for the property at approximately 1735 South 550 West from A-1 Light Agricultural District to R-4 One to Four Family Residential District. The subject property is 2.80 acres (121,968 ft²). The current A-1 zoning allows for agricultural production and single family dwellings with a minimum lot size of 40,000 ft². A rezone to R-4 would allow for dwelling units with 3,000 ft² minimum size lots. The applicant has submitted a subdivision concept which shows 27 dwelling units and a public road.
