a. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-12 amending the Fillmore City Personnel Policy to follow the federal guidelines for observance of Juneteenth National Freedom Day.
b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-13 approving the 2023 Wastewater Report.
c. Discussion regarding compensation for the Fillmore City Volunteer Fire Department fire chief.
