PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, July 10, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m. on the following projects:
- I-O, Infill Overlay Zoning Designation: The parcel located at approximately 844 E. 200 N. and includes the following Utah County Parcel; #46:969:0002 requests the I-O, Infill Overlay zoning designation. The intent of the I-O, Infill Overlay is for infill development within the city and allows for parcels to potentially have reduced lot sizes, setbacks, and street frontage. This overlay zoning designation will allow for a two-lot subdivision to be located on the parcel with reduced frontages for the lots.
- S-1, Special Highway Service Zone Request: A parcel at approximately 67 W. 1130 N. requests the S-1, Special Highway Service zoning designation. The proposed request is identified as Utah County Parcel; #69:003:0002. The S-1 zone is established to provide high intensity commercial areas, that is typically near freeway intersections and along major transportation routes within the city.
The meeting will be held at the Payson City Center located at 439 W Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah and electronically via Zoom Conferencing. For more information, please see the Payson City website (at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting), call the Development Services Department at (801) 465-5267, or email michaelb@payson.org.
