NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 09, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for a PD Amendment for the Desert Color PD (Planned Development). The PD amendment would allow Desert Color to construct a park with/swimming pool and other amenities. The site is approximately 1.84 acres and is located generally west of Pura Circle and south of Sandura Lane within the Desert Color Resort Phases 4B and 6 subdivision plats. The applicant is Alliance Consulting, and the representative is Craig Coats. The project is known as Colcada Pool at Desert Color. Case No. 2024-PDA-010.
