NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, will hold a public hearing at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 09, 2024 at St. George City Offices located at 175 East 200 North, St. George, Utah to consider the following: 1. A request for a PD (Planned Development) amendment to the Atkinville Interchange Area Planned Development Commercial (PD-C) zone. The applicant is proposing a 123-room hotel, 9,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and 25,000 sq. ft. Medical/Professional office building. This property is located at the intersection of Pioneer Rd. and Nighthawk Dr. The applicant is TJN Development, and the representative is Tucker Nipko. The project will be known as Mojave Crossing. Case No. 2024-PDA-009.
