NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE
MIDVALE CITY
The MIDVALE CITY is proposing to increase its property
tax revenue.
- The MIDVALE CITY tax on a $470,000 residence would increase from $218.95 to $250.75, which is
$31.80 per year.
- The MIDVALE CITY tax on a $470,000 business would increase from $398.09 to $455.90, which is
$57.81 per year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, MIDVALE CITY would increase its property tax budgeted revenue
by 14.78% above last year's property tax budgeted revenue excluding eligible new growth.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on the tax increase.
