Mill Street, Virgin UT 84779 via Zoom TO ACCEPT PUBLIC INPUT ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: PUBLIC COMMENTS FOR PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS MAY BE MADE AT THE MEETING IN PERSON OR SUBMITTED ONE DAY PRIOR TO THE MEETING. A. Ordinance PZ24-H: An Ordinance Replacing Chapter 52, Sign Regulations; Amending Definitions; and Correcting Chapter and Section References. B. Ordinance PZ24-C: Ordinance 2.12 Definitions adding terms for Transient Lodging. By revising uses, designations of use and language in various sections of chapter(s) 30,32,34,38,40 and by adding tables/charts revised for accuracy, as appendices I & II to section 30; and by deleting (redundant) chapter 42. Adding use tables and charts. C. Ordinance PZ24-G: Transient Lodging (tourist Lodging. Short-term rentals) VULU chapter 60 comprehensive revisions and reorganization of Town regulations for all types of tourist/overnight lodging.
