The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider amending the City's Active Transportation Master Plan in the vicinity of Bently Road to 1600 South, along Royal Hunt Drive and Providence Center Drive. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider modifications to Cedar City Ordinance 26-III-21 pertaining to the allowed size of gas stations within the Downtown Commercial and Mixed Use zones. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Annexed Transition (AT) to Central Commercial (CC), Dwelling Multiple Unit (R-3-M), and Residential Neighborhood Zone (RNZ) for properties located in the vicinity of 3200 N Canyon Ranch Drive. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider a General Plan change from Low Density Residential to Central Commercial and high density residential for properties located in the vicinity of 3200 N Canyon Ranch Drive. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider a development agreement placing conditions on requests for General Plan and zone changes for properties located in the vicinity of 3200 N Canyon Ranch Drive. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider a proposed Transportation Master Plan amendment in the vicinity of Canyon Ranch Drive from Main Street to approximately 3200 North. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend. The Cedar City Council will hold a public hearing during its July 10, 2024, City Council Work Meeting to consider a zone change from Dwelling Single Unit (R1) to Dwelling Multiple Unit (R-3-M) for a property located in the vicinity of 2671 North 100 East. The City Council meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and be held in the City Council Chambers located at 10 North Main Street, Cedar City, Utah. The public is encouraged to attend.
