- In accordance with Utah Code 10-3-711, the Millcreek City Council adopted the following ordinances on June 24, 2024: Ordinance 24-32, Amending the Budget for the 2023-24 Fiscal Year. This ordinance adopted the fifth budget amendment for the current fiscal year. Ordinance 24-33, Adopting a Final Budget and Making Appropriations for the Support of Millcreek for the Time Period Beginning July 1, 2024, and Ending June 30, 2025. This ordinance adopted the budget for the next fiscal year.
